? Now Hiring: Certified/Registered Medical Assistant?

??Sevierville, TN| ??Day Shift| ???Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

??$18-$22.50/hr (Based on Experience)

??Your Role:

Join our compassionate care team as a medical assistant and play a key role in supporting clinical operations and patient care. You'll be the bridge between patients and providers, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service.

??What You'll Do:

Return patient calls regarding test results, instructions, and concerns.

Handle prior authorizations for medications and procedures.

Respond to patient messages via EHR or portal.

Support MA swith rooming patients and taking vitals as needed.

?What You Bring:

Active CCMA/CMA/RMA license (Required)

BLS certification

Skilled in taking vitals and using basic medical equipment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience with EMRs and multitasking in a clinical setting

??Work Environment:

Primary Care Clinic in Sevierville, TN

Float to nearby clinics (Cardiology, Pulmonary, Surgical, etc.) as needed.

Occasional travel to nearby specialty clinics (within 15-30 minutes)

Float schedule provided by Wednesday prior

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
