Adecco is now hiring for a Cosmetic manufacturing company, and this is your chance to work with them in the Ventura County area! This is a temporary to hire assignment.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.

Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.

Requirements:

High School Diploma required.

Requires 3- 5 year of administrative assistant/customer service-related experience.

Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of SAP and Shopify is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Outbound calling experience is a plus.

Shifts Available:

Shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
