GXO, in good faith, believes this is the pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate and this rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New Jersey. This rate may be modified in the future. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.What you'll do on a typical day:Maintain accurate inventory countsEnsure quality assurance processes and procedures are followedPerform product countsStage materials within designated areasOperate all necessary warehouse equipment and toolsUtilize a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documentsWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you'll need:Experience with Microsoft OfficeAvailability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime as neededIt'd be great if you also have:High school diploma or equivalent1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or with inventoryAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamThis job requires the ability to:Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and greater than 50 lbs. occasionallyMove materials weighing up to 500 lbs. using wheeled cartsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
