Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Centers of Training Program Administrator to join their team. As a Centers of Training Program Administrator, you will be part of the training department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Centers of Training Program Administrator

Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Range: $24.95/hour

What's the Job?

Process, track, and manage payments using the ENGAGE System and internal tracking systems.

Communicate COT training guidelines with field representatives and managers.

Verify training events meet training guidelines.

Assist with record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment inquiries.

What's Needed?

1-2 years of industry experience with a BA degree.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
