Analyst II - Contract Manufacturing Sourcing

What You Will Do:

First point of contact to resolve delivery, payment, SAP input and costing issues

Able to independently problem solve and provide solution to stakeholders

Financial Pre-analysis

Run reports from SOFIA regarding financial exercises. Execute pivot tables and formulas to support team in analysis.

Initial analysis of price list updates and impacts

Responsible for the price block overall process - resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Develop or contribute to the development of tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of these processes

Supplier data management - request, review and archive required supplier information

Creation and Maintenance of cost standards, and other SAP data

Update and maintain supplier trackers

Owns all aspects of the vendor onboarding process

Initiates EHS & Social audits

Manages overall MySourcing data related to vendors

Owns supplier relationship (KSM) for "B/C Class" vendors - primary point of contact/coordination

Price list master list mass upload (ADA) for specific list of CMs on full master price list updates (AV, labor, etc.)

Assesses risk (SURE)

CM data quarterly maintenance / upkeep

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or similar discipline

2-4 years' experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills with emphasis on precision data coordination

Self-starter - independently motivated

Exceptional MS office skills

SAP knowledge
