Olsten Staffing is assisting a client of ours that is a growing used car dealership that is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Auto-Finance Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto finance and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Process finance and lease paperwork for used vehicle sales
Work with banks and finance companies to secure loan approvals
Prepare and review loan applications, contracts, and supporting documentation
Accurately input customer and deal information into the DMS (Dealer Management System)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance programs, rates, and compliance requirements
Collect and verify customer information for credit applications
Handle Title and registration paperwork
provide excellent customer service and communicate financing options clearly
Assist with general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an auto dealership or finance office preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of auto finance processes and regulations
Proficiency with computers and dealership software (DMS experience a plus)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (some Saturdays may be required and hours may vary)

Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
