LMDS is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to join their team of qualified, diverse individuals located in Chandler, Arizona.
Job Description:
Lead and manage a team of Manager Supply Chain Programs professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Oversee supply chain Program execution, ensuring efficient resource planning, cost management, accurate forecasting, schedule adherence, and effective risk and opportunity management.
Manage and resolve supply chain issues, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Act as the primary liaison for the Program Management Office (PMO) within the supply chain, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure all commitments are met and developing mitigation plans for potential programmatic risks.
Handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Present comprehensive briefings to the PMO and executive management on the status, issues, and performance metrics affecting Program cost and schedule.
Develop and implement strategic plans for material and services content across Programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Guide the Global Supply Chain (GSC) activities throughout all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP), ensuring robust material strategy development.
Ensure all programmatic plans prior to execution are thoroughly vetted and include accurate schedules, budgets, make/buy plans, and procurement and subcontract strategies.
Position Responsibilities:
Focal point for managing Program Supply Chain throughout the Program life cycle from pursuit to contract close out. Responsible for;
Supply Chain Management strategy, demand planning, BOM maintenance, coordination w/ logistics and procurement stakeholders, developing a Material Program Plan (MPP), and risk management.
Partner with Operations to provide leadership to the extended planning and analyst community with respect to material Line of Balance, daily schedule prioritization, factory escalations for procured hardware and regular coordination in the IMS
Support collaboration with Customer and other NG sites on material deliveries, direct IWO efforts and seamless handoffs between differing business systems (i.e. Costpoint to SAP)
Manage the performance of the integrated supply chain cost, quality, & delivery.
Material risk management, including identification, and mitigation planning and execution.
Material budget development, sales forecasting and cost (EAC) management; EVMS if applicable.
Cross functional coordination as it pertains to supplier management, specifically with Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), Procurement, and the IPT.
Briefs Program and Executive management and Customer on the status and issues affecting Supplier performance and cost.
Additional Requirements:
Prefer Experience with Program Management and Earned Value Management.
Must be willing to work at Chandler, AZ facility or willing to relocate within 6 months of hire.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree AND 8+ years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in Supply Chain Management and/or Program/Project Management, OR a Master's degree AND 6+ years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in Supply Chain Management and/or Program/Project Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance at time of application
Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements
Prior experience leading a team/process/project
Experience with supplier management
Direct experience interfacing with leadership
Costpoint experience

This position's standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows an employee to work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off.
Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
