We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supply Chain Business System Owner to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our advanced supply chain planning systems while ensuring seamless integration across our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen to enhance our forecasting capabilities, streamline demand planning processes, and drive continuous improvement in our clinical supply chain operations. Manage advanced supply chain planning, forecasting, and demand planning tools and systems
Oversee implementation of new software solutions and lead system enhancement projects
Manage vendor relationships and serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders
Write, participate in, and lead Deviation/Customer Complaint investigations and associated CAPAs
Develop and manage SOPs, standard work guides, and identify documentation gaps
Drive process improvements and identify training needs across the organization
Implement and maintain robust risk management processes
Provide technical guidance and support to staff for systems under ownership
Build and maintain strong relationships with key supply chain stakeholders
Ensure data integrity across systems and facilitate proper integration between enterprise applications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Sciences
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Clinical Supplies
At least 3 years experience managing large-scale software applications and related infrastructure
No less than 1 year of experience working in an environment governed by GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations and their application in supply chain operations
3 years of experience working with clinical supplies processes and systems
1 year of recent Experience with Clinical Supply forecasting tools
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with various software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, etc.
Strong project management capabilities and experience deploying technology solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into practical system solutions
Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Excellent creative and innovative thinking
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
Understanding of RTSM resupply techniques
Supply chain certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, or similar) preferred
Proven track record in software implementation within enterprise environments
Experience with data processing, analysis, and system integration
