Our client, a small and friendly law firm, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a supportive environment, contributing to daily operations and helping others. The ideal candidate will have a helpful attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Fair Oaks, CA

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

20 hours per week with hours to be negotiated.

Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Maintain organized records and assist with scheduling.

Provide support to attorneys and contribute to a positive office environment.

Utilize Windows and WordPerfect for document creation and management.

What's Needed?

Prior experience in an office or administrative setting (legal experience a plus but not required).

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.

Proficient in Windows and WordPerfect.

Solid typing skills.

A helpful, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
