Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a hybrid Program Administrator for our medical device partner in Arden Hills, MN.

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $25 and $26.56. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Title: Centers of Training Program Administrator Hybrid

The Centers of Training Program Administrator works closely with training managers, field representatives, and physicians to execute Cardiologys Centers of Training (COT) objectives. This individual is responsible for supporting COTs including utilizing ENGAGE System to submit agreement requests and COS payments, communicate training guidelines with field reps and managers, track contract expirations, and request evaluations post training event.

Job Responsibilities:

Process, track, and manage payments using ENGAGE System and internal tracking systems

Communicate COT training guidelines with field representatives and managers.

Verify training events meet training guidelines.

Work with high attention to accuracy and detail and deliver within expected timelines.

Assist with record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment inquiries.

Perform other general administrative duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

1-2 years of industry experience with BA degree

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Willingness to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within an FDA regulated environment

Familiarity with Sunshine Act.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.56 per hour
