Pay Range
\$75,900.00-\$104,400.00 Annual
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make
upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant
experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this
position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join
our corporate finance team. This role will be responsible for account
reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, financial
statement preparation and reporting, and providing financial insights to
support decision-making. This role requires an individual with strong
analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Your Day-to-Day:
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Analyze and prepare multiple monthly reports including other
income/expense and various government and other financial reports.
Perform multiple account reconciliations including multi-currency
bank accounts, resolve discrepancies and propose necessary
adjustments.
Prepare journal entries in a complex accounting environment. These
may include incentive compensation accruals, vacation accruals, and
inventory adjustments.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with
GAAP for internal management reporting, SEC reporting and government
census reporting.
Provide support for and coordination of additional quarterly and
year-end closing and reporting requirements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Demonstrate and ensure a strong customer service commitment within
the organization.
Special projects as required.
May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, CPA or CMA preferred, with a
minimum of 3 years of experience in finance/accounting role.
