Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Operations Manager to join our team in Palo Alto, California. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee critical HR functions, ensuring a seamless experience for employees across global locations. Responsibilities:

Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across multiple global locations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Maintain accurate employee data in Rippling software, performing regular audits and generating reports to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate payroll processing for domestic and international employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with the finance team.

Manage benefit programs, including enrollments, renewals, and effective communication to address employee inquiries.

Ensure compliance with HR regulations and practices across all operations.

Provide guidance on employee relations and support the resolution of HR-related issues.

Optimize HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

Support hiring processes and transitions, contributing to a streamlined recruitment and onboarding workflow. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a related role.

Proficiency with Rippling software for payroll and HR data management.

Strong knowledge of benefit administration, compliance standards, and employee relations.

Excellent communication skills to effectively manage employee interactions and inquiries.

Experience overseeing payroll processes for both domestic and international teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management and reporting.

Familiarity with global HR practices and regulations is highly desirable.
