Your job, as Warehouse Supervisor within our Materials Operations group, will be to be responsible for the daily activities in the warehouse, in partnership with your team and peers, to achieve business objectives on behalf of management and key stakeholders, in one or more of the following areas of focus:
Inbound (receiving), Production support, Fleet Management, and Pick/Pack/Ship of controlled and indirect materials.
This role manages Material Handlers, Leads, and Drivers in a warehouse environment. This role also provides leadership, insight, and information for various projects to achieve objectives in a timely manner.
Monday-Friday- 1st shift- supporting 'shift' employees that may require early morning/late evenings when necessary. Weekends as per business needs.
Department Description- Materials Operations is a regulatory compliant service operation that is responsible for the safe and secure, Receipt, Storage, Shipping and Transport of Sanofi materials and products. Materials Operations is also responsible for supply chain security compliance, hazardous materials, import/export, inventory management & control, warehouse operations and other value-added logistics.

Main Responsibilities:
Participates in the development of Materials Operations policies (including operational, safety, and quality programs).
Actively manages daily inventory activities to ensure transactions match physical movements. Oversees the reconciliation of inventory and transactional records to assure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
Ensures warehouse site is in compliance with appropriate internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
Ensures execution of material flow, work practices and inventory control are in accordance with cGXP, FDA, OSHA, IATA, DOT, TSA, SOX, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Executes resource planning activities to effectively match skilled resources to department demand.
Tracks Right-First-Time (RFT) opportunities and facilitates root cause analysis to include inventory discrepancy reconciliation
Facilitates +QDCI, Daily Capacity Management, and daily metric discussions at the Gemba to include KPI's, trending, and pareto analysis of daily business drivers.
Ensures the Material Operations team is focused on improving performance and efficiency. Recommends, cultivates and develops ideas for improvement in operating methods and procedures to resolve problems prior to or when they arise.
Cooperates transversally to resolve customer service (internal/external) issues.
Maintains safety standards and training in the department; ensures that the building is maintained in a clean and safe manner and that inventories and equipment are properly protected against theft, fire, and other hazards that may cause loss or damage.
Ensures hazardous materials packaging, storage, and transportation.
Develops and measures "SMART" objectives for functional area.
Execute staffing decisions for functional area to include time card management, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management.
Responsible for adherence to customer service level agreements.
Participates in and manages department on-call program.
Ensures compliance with site Powered Industrial Truck Program (PIT).

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma / GED ?- required.
Minimum of 5 years materials ?management, supply chain, or purchasing experience.
Minimum of 5 years materials
Minimum of 3 years lead or supervisory experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience with ERP and/or warehouse management systems
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree - preferred.
Experience within the Bio-Pharma Industry and with cGXP requirements
Lean / Six Sigma Experience
Experience supervising multiple functions within warehouse, including but not limited to, inbound (receiving), inventory control, production support, put-away; storing, packing and shipping of materials.
Experience with various supply chain security programs (TSA, CTPAT, DOT)
Special Working Conditions-
Ability to work in various environmental cold rooms

The salary range for this position is:
$79,500.00 - $114,833.33
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
