Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Moorestown, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with multitasking, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate proficiency in various office software.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.

Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records for easy accessibility.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to support team operations.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to create documents, presentations, and reports.

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office workflows.

Collaborate with team members to streamline communication and task management.

Maintain a welcoming demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the department's objectives. Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience in customer service with a focus on handling inbound and outbound calls.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective data entry and scheduling.

Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
