Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Waterbury, Connecticut. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in office software and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring timely responses and accurate information.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and databases.

Manage email correspondence, including drafting, responding, and organizing communications.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members and clients.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to create reports and presentations.

Assist in property management tasks, including processing work orders and coordinating with vendors.

Communicate effectively in Spanish to support bilingual clients and team members.

Maintain general office organization and ensure a smooth workflow.

Support additional administrative duties as needed to meet organizational goals. Requirements - At least 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls.

Ability to schedule appointments and organize calendars effectively.

Familiarity with property management processes, including work orders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Spanish.
