Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Garden City Park, New York. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage office tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a courteous and friendly demeanor.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

Draft and respond to email correspondence with a high level of professionalism.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other calendar activities.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.

Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of office procedures and best practices. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
