Description

Robert Half is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's construction company in Martinsville, Indiana. This part-time contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting operational efficiency through effective administrative tasks. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and manage incoming mail and deliveries to ensure timely distribution.

Coordinate and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.

Organize and file documents, perform data entry tasks, and maintain records accurately.

Collaborate with team members and vendors to facilitate communication and project needs.

Provide general administrative support, including answering calls and handling email correspondence.

Assist in preparing documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Schedule appointments and meetings while ensuring proper follow-ups.

Address inquiries and resolve minor issues with a proactive approach.

Support customer service efforts by managing inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to handle scheduling and calendar management efficiently.

Familiarity with data entry and email correspondence.

Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new processes.
