Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Dayton, OH area. This is a position will be starting out working part time hours (4-6 hours per day) and can grow into more hours as responsibilities increase. This Contract-to-long-term position offers the opportunity to support key operational tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain executive calendars, ensuring appointments, meetings, and deadlines are effectively scheduled.

Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Assist with social media management tasks, such as developing processes and creating video content, if applicable.

Manage QuickBooks tasks, including paying bills and tracking expenses with precision.

Collaborate on budget processes to ensure accurate financial planning and monitoring.

Handle email communications, ensuring messages are prioritized and addressed appropriately.

Conduct computer-based research to support projects and decision-making.

Arrange and facilitate conference calls, ensuring effective communication among participants.

Requirements - Proven experience managing detailed calendars and scheduling.

Proficiency in preparing and processing expense reports.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate and book travel arrangements.

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for financial tasks such as bill payments and expense tracking.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
