Medical Assemblers Needed in Blaine Area

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available

$19-22.80/hr & Start ASAP

Job Description

Join our team and work in a medical regulated clean room environment where precision and attention to detail are paramount. You will use a microscope to assemble and inspect small, hair-like thin parts, including basic coil assembly, connecting tubes, feeding wires through tubes, and sorting and inspecting components. As you gain certifications, you'll transition to other stations, engaging in manual feeding and catching of parts @type machines, inspecting wires, measuring them, and ensuring adherence to work orders to complete assembly processes.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly and inspection tasks using a microscope.

Engage in basic coil assembly, connecting tubes, and feeding wires through tubes.

Count, sort, and inspect small parts.

Transition to other stations and tasks as certifications are earned.

Conduct manual feeding and catching of parts using machines.

Inspect and measure wires, ensuring adherence to work orders.

Work Environment

The work environment is regulated and medical-centric, emphasizing safety and organization. The facility is well-lit and clean, with most positions involving standing or sitting at various stations. Shift options include 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm), 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2-10pm), and 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am). Enjoy a beautiful break room equipped with vending machines, fridges, and microwaves. Employees must be comfortable working around larger machines with safety and aptitude, focusing on precise assembly and machine operation involving very thin medical coils.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.80/hr.
