The Opportunity:
The CMA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN LPN. The CMA assists in the patient care, anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The CMA individualizes and modifies care according to the patient needs. The CMA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care. The CMA will possess and utilize effective technical skills for the provision of safe and appropriate care, including pharmacology knowledge and medication administration.
