Summary
CCL Hospitality Group is hiring a B2B Marketing Manager to lead growth-focused marketing initiatives that drive demand, accelerate the sales funnel, and support business development. This is a mid-level role for a marketer who thrives at translating sales goals into actionable marketing strategies while balancing both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
You'll be responsible for building and executing multi-channel B2B and ABM campaigns, optimizing lead journeys, and managing campaign performance in close collaboration with our sales team. You'll own the day-to-day operation and optimization of our HubSpot platform, ensuring all automations, workflows, and segmentation strategies are running smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across channels (email, paid digital, content, direct mail, social) to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline growth.
Lead account-based marketing (ABM) efforts targeting strategic accounts and key decision-makers, creating tailored strategies aligned to the buyer journey.
Maintain campaign calendars and documentation for visibility and alignment across departments.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates across internal marketing, design, and sales teams.
Analyze campaign performance to surface insights, identify gaps in messaging or tactics, and recommend data-driven improvements to strengthen results, inform future strategy and execution.
Manage HubSpot operations, including list segmentation, workflows, automations, lifecycle marketing, email sequences, and reporting.
Partner closely with the sales team to align campaigns with pipeline goals, ensure messaging reflects buyer needs, optimize lead handoff processes, and build a continuous feedback loop for insights and improvement.
Support the development of client-facing materials and sales collateral (brochure, one-pagers, case studies, white papers, etc.)
Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed to advance department goals and priorities.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
Proven success designing and executing lead generation and ABM campaigns across multiple channels.
Fluency in HubSpot required. Must have experience building workflows, managing lifecycle automations, creating email sequences, and reporting on performance.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align closely with sales, creative, and strategy teams.
Confident project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns and prioritize deadlines effectively.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize marketing efforts.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with both strategy and execution.
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or hospitality is a plus.
