Job Title: Site Catering & Administrative Coordinator

Location: Onsite in Leesburg, VA

Employment Type: Construction Contract (June 1, 2025 - August 2026)

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Monday- Friday

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Site Catering & Administrative Coordinator to support our construction site team. This role involves managing daily meal orders for a staff of 30, ensuring dietary needs are met, overseeing meal setup and cleanup, and handling administrative tasks such as scanning documents. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining a well-organized and welcoming space for meal breaks.

Key Responsibilities

Meal Coordination

Order food daily for a team of 30, ensuring a variety of meal options including vegan and other dietary accommodations.

Coordinate with local restaurants and caterers to provide quality meals on schedule.

Manage food deliveries and ensure timely distribution.

Dining Area Setup & Maintenance

Arrange and prepare the meal space for daily use.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the eating area before and after each meal.

Maintain an organized and stocked area for dining needs.

Administrative Duties

Scan and organize documents related to the construction project.

Perform basic office duties as required to support site operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in catering coordination, food service, or administrative support preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to daily needs.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.

Reliable transportation to the job site in Leesburg.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
