The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
Global Time & Labor Management (TLM) is seeking a strong candidate who is focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous process improvement. Time & Labor Management is responsible for ensuring timecards are accurate and compliant with RTX policies, and Federal and State Labor Laws. This position will also be responsible for working ServiceNow tickets, from internal and external customers, that requires the ability to conduct research and perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes. The Time & Labor Management team manages a high volume, fast-paced process in a team-oriented environment with opportunities for continuously expanding responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution
Interact and collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to interpret guidelines and policy
Maintain process documentation for assigned tasks
Compile and analyze financial information for reports and metrics
Continuous checks for work accuracy to detect and correct errors within current responsibilities
Perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support the labor process
Understand labor policies and Federal & State wage and hour laws
Understand and implement Federal & State leave of absence laws for timecard processing
Calculate and process employee termination final pay
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience
Strong PC-based skills; Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment.
Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, and WorkDay with emphasis within areas of Payroll or Timekeeping
Detail oriented Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize task to manage workload effectively with effective problem solving and decision-making skills to promote work efficiency
Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment
Analytical ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer issues while collaborating to work effectively in a team environment and reach consensus decisions

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
