Adecco is assisting a client in Penn Valley, CA in their immediate search for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their organization that truly values their contributions and gives the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of women and children. They would love to meet you! This individual would join our adoption center in a temp to hire position. Their team is growing and there is room for YOU. This is a full-time position.

Excellent phone, computer, and people skills are required, as well as a strong commitment to contributing to a team environment. The ability to work with clients who are in stressful, or emergency situations is beneficial.

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers
Is willing to abide by the company's established rules and regulations
Is willing to assist with after-hours "on call" coverage periodically, including weekends.
Education Requirement: Minimum of bachelor's degree (Required)
Optional: LCSW or other certification, adoption experience, child welfare experience.
Other Preferred skills: Knowledge of medical billing, medical coding, Medical Records Mgmt.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, On call (occasionally)
Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 to start
