Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join one of our El Cajon clients in the healthcare industry. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.

Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

Schedule and coordinate appointments to optimize team efficiency.

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.

Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and workflows.

Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills for handling calls and email correspondence.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to manage schedules and coordinate appointments effectively.

Excellent organizational skills to maintain structured workflows.

Customer service experience, demonstrating a client-focused approach.

Must be Fluent in English and Dari, Farsi, Pashto, Arabic, or Spanish.
