A showroom in the Culver City area is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Showroom & Office Assistant for its design-forward and luxury showroom. This position involves supporting the sales team, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to creative efforts such as marketing and social media. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking across customer service, office organization, and creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients, schedule appointments, and assist with showroom walkthroughs.

Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate sales representative or department.

Updating social media pages

Manage shared spaces such as a kitchen and office supplies, maintaining cleanliness and inventory stock.

Provide sales team support with tasks like pricing lookups, client profile updates, work orders, and invoice preparation.

Help organize inventory through tagging, photography, audits, and keeping the showroom tidy.

Coordinate pickups and deliveries with shipping companies, maintaining accurate documentation.

Run occasional business-related errands.

Offer basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with external tech support.

Assist with marketing activities, including creating and scheduling social media content.

Edit photos and promotional materials using design tools such as Photoshop.

Contribute to maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence across various platforms.

Skills & Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills and a polished professional demeanor.

Comfortable using software and tools such as QuickBooks, Outlook, Photoshop, and other office productivity applications.

Knowledge of Instagram and basic content creation processes.

Demonstrated ability to work with both external clients and internal teams effectively.

Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Prior experience in a showroom, design, or retail environment is a plus.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented attitude.

Proficiency in software tools such as QuickBooks, Outlook, Photoshop, and other office applications.

Familiarity with Instagram and basic content creation for social media platforms.

Ability to assist both customers and internal teams effectively.

Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Previous experience in a design or retail showroom environment is preferred.

Comfortable with clerical tasks such as filing, answering inbound calls, and managing correspondence.
