Description We are looking for an organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in South Windsor, Connecticut. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment while providing administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate staff or location.

Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and routing calls promptly and efficiently.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Coordinate concierge services, addressing customer inquiries and providing information about services.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary materials.

Schedule appointments and meetings while managing calendars for staff as needed.

Assist in compiling reports and handling confidential information with discretion.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Familiarity with operating a multi-line phone system.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Prior experience in customer service or concierge services is highly desirable.
