Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

Verify items quantity and condition.

Maintain accurate inventory records by utilizing bar codes and computerized inventory systems.

Perform cycle counts of inventory items.

Conduct stock transactions via computerized inventory system.

Essential Skills

Experience in inventory control and cycle counting.

Proficiency in warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving, and material handling.

Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Order pulling and pallet jack experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Warehouse and material handling experience.

Familiarity with kitting and picking is a plus.

Good tenure on resume.

High School Diploma or GED.

Work Environment

Work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that is climate controlled, clean, and organized. Shifts are Monday to Thursday with optional work on Fridays if needed. The first shift runs from 5:00am to 3:30pm, and the second shift from 3:00pm to 1:30am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
