We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Home Comfort Division - Permits Coordinator/Customer Service in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, located in Middle River, Maryland, United States. This role involves coordinating customer service within the permitting section of our Home Comfort Division and requires proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the permits process, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and submitted on time.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency.

Handle filing and record maintenance duties to ensure easy access to critical information.

Collaborate with team members and departments to streamline workflows and achieve organizational goals.

Generate detailed reports using Microsoft Excel to track progress and monitor performance metrics.

Manage call center activities, including responding to customer calls and routing inquiries appropriately.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in every aspect of the role.

Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance the permits and customer service functions.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong skills in data entry and alphanumeric accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and managing detailed reports.

Familiarity with filing systems and records maintenance processes.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.

Prior experience in permits coordination or similar administrative roles is a plus.
