Logistics Plus, Inc. has opening for Supply Chain Cost Analyst in Bensenville, IL. Remote work options available. Program management support for Commercial Negotiations and Costs Management with CMs (Contract Manufacturers) and other vendors. Organize QBRs and review QBR vendors materials, including developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to CMs and vendors on regular basis for areas of improvements. Analyze suppliers quotations, costs and CBOMs (costed BOMs). Review, validate, and negotiate them with the vendors, challenging quotations logic and comparing them against internal\ data sources. Use should-cost modeling to analyze the quotations and optimize them and working cross-functionally on cost-saving initiatives. Collect all necessary information for costs analysis from various sources, such as internal databases, previous agreements, contracts, other teams to identify cost saving and initiatives and support strategic decision making. Drive\ new cost reduction opportunities by analyzing various data and information such as operational processes, line layouts, manufacturing yields, BOM structure, production volumes etc. Maintain internal CMs spend database by adding and updating all relevant information in there such as historical spend, Open POs. Build light dashboards from this database to reflect\ spend trends and breakdown by various products, CMs, programs etc. Must have Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial engineering, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent and 24 months of experience as Supply chain analyst or related, including 24 months experience with Advanced Excel/ Google Spreadsheets. 24 months experience in CBOM and quotations review, understanding CBOM logic and structure. 24 months experience in managing CMs and other external vendors and negotiations. 24 months experience with performing ad hoc analysis including should-cost modeling.
