Required:

High school or GED.

Three years of experience in carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Exposure to weather.

Occasional nights, weekends and holiday work may be required.

The position will report to the Senior Director of Physical Plant for job responsibilities and other College related activities as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical components of HVAC equipment;
