Our Marysville, Kansas location has an immediate opening for a full-time
Advanced Diesel Technician to efficiently diagnose, service and repair
various @types of agriculture and construction equipment.
You will contribute to our team by: (Duties and Responsibilities)
Trouble Shooting & Diagnosing:Use your skills to identify failures
and confirm repairs with equipment and recommend service for
continued equipment reliability.
Repairing & Confirming:Complete and check electrical, hydraulic,
mechanical, and diesel repairs on equipment to customer
satisfaction.
Meeting and Exceeding:Perform quality service work and attain
collectable efficiency, billable efficiency, labor sales, and rework
goals.
Documenting and Submitting:Complete work order and forms for
service operations in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborating & Communicating:Consistently focusing on how we all
succeed and seek ways to communicate, work together, to generate
expected results.
Being Safe & Train:Maintain a clean and safe working environment
and continually improve and learn in ways that strengthen our
performance and expand opportunities.
