We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our IT Transformation team as a Manager, Talent Programs. This individual drive the execution of strategic talent management initiatives for 700+ employees at the Delta Tech Hub (DTH), a Global Capability Center in Bangalore, India.
This role will serve as a central point of coordination for key talent-related programs and day to day activities including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Employee and Community Engagement.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with external and internal partners to shape and execute holistic talent management strategies that support Delta Tech Hub including Branding, Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition.
Monitor industry trends and global best practices to inform strategic decisions and maintain cutting-edge, competitive talent approaches.
Conduct research and benchmarking to support the design, pilot, and implementation of new talent programs.
Support the development of future-ready talent frameworks that address evolving skill needs and capability-building within the global delivery network.
Drive the creation of key deliverables like training modules and best practices for hiring managers.
Stakeholder Management:
Manage relationships with key stakeholders that leverage the DTH in IT and other business functions.
Liaise with corporate functions like Community Engagement, HR, Corporate Information Systems and obtain support for key initiatives.
Maintain a centralized repository of key talent artifacts including job descriptions.
Serve as a liaison to HR leadership, DTH Leadership, and business stakeholders-providing structured updates, tracking progress, and highlighting risks or areas for improvement.
Ensure transparent, timely communication of initiative progress and talent program performance to all key stakeholders.
Program Management:
Track and report progress against key metrics and programs as part of a monthly metrics reporting review.
Oversee and monitor the execution of strategic talent initiatives and programs Avature (ATS) implementation, early career talent acquisition programs.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program delivery, proactively address roadblocks to execute.
Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to assess program effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
Leverage dashboards, reports, and presentations to share insights, recommendations, and performance updates with senior stakeholders.
Serve as owner of the DTH intranet page ensuring it is kept updated in a timely manner.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
6 - 10 years of experience in talentstrategy, program management, or transformation roles within a global ortechnology-enabled environment and /or business consulting organization.
Strong understanding of talentmanagement domains, including recruitment, branding, learning, careerdevelopment, and employee engagement.
Proven ability to manage complexprograms, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience working with HR systems,analytics, and performance tracking tools.
Exceptional communication, stakeholdermanagement, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global,and matrixed organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.
Ability to travel domestically andinternationally as needed
