THE WORK
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Finance Staff Analyst to join our team supporting the S-70 International Blackhawk Programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading all monthly/ quarterly/annual FP&A deliverables. This position provides excellent exposure to complex accounting and contracting issues in a high-visibility environment, while also providing an opportunity to partner with multiple functions across the organization. Additionally, this position provides excellent exposure to the international business environment, including significant coordination with the PZL Mielec facility.
This role will have oversight over a portfolio of existing contracts and be responsible for the financial oversight of all related components. Key responsibilities within this role include:
Manage the monthly closing & forecasting process, variance analysis and reporting in support of internal management review meetings including but not limited to Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cashflow
Lead & coordinate the Long-Range Plan and Operating Plan submittal process
Ownership of Balance Sheet metrics and quarterly review documentation
Support and participate in quarterly CSR reviews
Intercompany material forecasting & inventory analysis
Financial risk & opportunity management
Support of audit requirements as needed
Ad hoc reporting and analysis for Senior Management as required

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree
Financial Planning (e.g. Month End Close, Outlooks, LRP, CSRs)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellence in financial systems and tools (e.g. SAP/Hyperion) as well as Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Desired Skills:
Working knowledge of accounting principles and an understanding of financial statements
Experience interacting with and presenting to senior leadership
FP&A Experience
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
