Amazon Web Services is seeking an Industry Enablement Lead to empower the Retail, Restaurants, & Consumer Goods industry account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs. This high visibility role encompasses both developing enabling assets, guidance, programs and processes for account teams, while also owning execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a global enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimize and accelerate new hire sales readiness/effectiveness, accelerating growth through AWS Partners, advocating for the Field with cross functional teams and working to rally the organizations around the voice of the field.
The role is aligned to support the Retail, Restaurants, and Consumer Goods industry field organization, where you will have an opportunity to combine a passion for problem solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology and AI to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
You will leverage cross functional resources/senior leaders and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, in order to gain leverage, drive programs and business impact.
We are looking for someone that has a combination of enablement, sales, sales operations or consulting experience with increasing influence and responsibility. Additionally, experience in program/project management, including leading complex initiatives with multiple inputs and multiple stakeholders in a matrix operational environment with tight deadlines is ideal. The ideal candidate will have availability to travel (domestic and international).

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Experience presenting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
