The LinkedIn Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a star performer to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market operations across our LinkedIn Marketing Solutions business. This person will own & evolve operational processes, own and evolve reporting, and help structure and evolve our innovation process (new offers and structures) for our core program which serves the very largest customers. Our JBA team helps customers & sales win by pricing large strategic deals. We need someone to help drive innovation by making real-time improvements to the processes & offers.

Responsibilities:
Structure and price large, strategic deals
Drive innovation and process changes to help speed and scale the pricing process
Partner closely with LinkedIn's sales professionals across all levels to structure and execute on strategic deals
Lean in to communicate changes sales and marketing teams understand pricing processes
Ensure that deals follow proper revenue, legal, and operational guidelines to maintain pricing integrity
Drive large deal closure, responsible for liaising with all organizations involved in the agreement process (finance, legal, order management, etc.)
Serve as a trusted advisor to field sales on pricing, product configuration, and business matters; ensure compliance with pricing policies and escalate if needed
Ensure success of new pricing programs by educating sales team, collecting feedback and making improvements to the pricing processes
Drive iterative process innovation to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree?
4+?years?in?Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, or other similar roles?
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience in Microsoft Powerpoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing deals in the advertising space
Strong communication skills, including experience, effectively communicating with senior management
Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners towards team objectives
Prior experience with SQL and Tableau is a plus
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work

The pay range for this role is $102,000 to $160,000 Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
