SPC Supply Chain Analyst

Our client, a leading player in the supply chain industry, is seeking a SPC Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a SPC Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the supply chain department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: SPC Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Mendota Heights, MN

Pay Range: $26.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Handling all inventory duties (ordering, receiving, stocking, finding supply vendors).

Managing all parts shipping duties (FedEx, UPS, USPS, freight trucking, international).

Creating Purchase Orders (PO) and approving invoices in SAP.

Overseeing corporate meeting and expense credit card transactions, as well as miscellaneous purchases and bill payments using the Corporate Purchase Card in strict adherence to all corporate policies and procedures.

Working on the phone with customers to ship them parts and addressing other duties as needed.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field.

Strong proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management software.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
