Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team in Capitol Heights, Maryland. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational efficiency by managing clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate records through filing and documentation systems.

Prepare meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Support team projects by coordinating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Draft and respond to email correspondence in a clear and precise manner.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, to perform daily tasks.

Schedule and organize appointments to optimize team workflows.

Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. Requirements - Proven experience in answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.

Proficiency in data entry with attention to accuracy and detail.

Ability to manage email correspondence effectively.

Experience with inbound and outbound call handling.

Competency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Excellent organizational skills for scheduling and appointment management.
