Reidler Decal in Saint Clair is looking for an experienced, reliable, task-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide part-time administrative support in their business office. This role will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding and fast paced environment. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their own task load and at the same time support and assist those around them.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare internal and external documents/materials for team members, vendors, and clients.

Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.

Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.

Respond promptly to managers' queries.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Build relationships and trust with employees and customers.

Ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization.

Answering phone and assisting both customers and Vendors

Knowledgeable in using Quickbooks

Good Computer skills

Able to assist clients with quotes ability to write online technical orders

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position will also require lifting/carrying of finish sample packages that may weigh up to 30 pounds.

Preferred Education and Skills (in addition to the required):

2 years as an Administrative Assistant

Experience supporting multiple Managers

Required Education and Skills:

High School Diploma

2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and handle shifting demands

Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Office Suite

Intermediate Experience with Quickbooks
