Kelly Services is hiring for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper in Pittsburg, TX.
Pay: $17+/hour(based on experience)
Schedule: 8a-3:30p (3 days a week with one full week in June)
Responsibilities:
Shipping orders
Accounts Receivables
Invoices/Sales orders
Bills of Lading
Customer communications
Administrative tasks
Additional job duties may apply
Preferred skills:
Microsoft Office Suites (Excel is a must)
QuickBooks
