Job Title: Manager, Business Analysis - Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The Manager, Business Analysis - Manufacturing collaborates with manufacturing and corporate teams to support initiatives that enhance results and drive business strategy. This role leads the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability through in-depth research and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Monitoring: Track and monitor production metrics such as volume, efficiency, and quality. Provide detailed reports to management, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce data-driven analysis.

Process Optimization : Analyze existing manufacturing processes using tools like flowcharts and process maps to identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather inputs and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience : Extensive experience in business analysis, preferably within the manufacturing sector. Proven track record of managing teams and leading process improvement projects.

Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in manufacturing.

Experience with compliance processes and applications.

Ability to prepare materials for workshops and executive presentations.

This role is crucial for driving operational efficiencies and ensuring the manufacturing processes are optimized for better performance and profitability
