Robert Half is partnering with a client to find a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to join their team. This professional will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient execution of construction projects by collaborating with project managers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining project documentation, tracking budgets, and ensuring seamless communication across all parties involved.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking construction projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized project files, including contracts, permits, drawings, budgets, and schedules.

Communication: Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, including contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams, to keep everyone informed of project progress and changes.

Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets, process vendor invoices, track expenses, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Schedule Management: Develop and update project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and communicating updates or delays to stakeholders.

Compliance Assurance: Ensure all documentation and processes meet regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential project challenges and help develop solutions to keep projects on track.

Procurement Support: Assist with sourcing, purchasing, and tracking materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.

Meeting Coordination: Organize project meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and document action items and decisions.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.

Software Proficiency: Experience with construction management software, such as Procore or Bluebeam, as well as general proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with a wide range of stakeholders.

Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate project needs, quickly troubleshoot issues, and implement practical solutions.

Knowledge Base: Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, budgeting, and safety protocols.
