Description We are looking for an innovative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This role is essential in driving demand generation, expanding brand visibility, and achieving measurable pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impactful marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and achieve lead generation targets.

Develop and maintain a cohesive brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and audiences.

Manage public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and establish the organization as a thought leader in its industry.

Build and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand market reach and foster collaborative success.

Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to align with business objectives.

Analyze marketing metrics and data to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Stay informed on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Familiarity with government or public sector audiences is preferred.

Proven success in executing demand generation strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce and Pardot.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and guide marketing decisions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling messages.

Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.
