Job Title: Buyer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

Assist in the procurement of goods and services required for company operations.

Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.

Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to secure favorable deals.

Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier contracts with precision.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of required materials.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.

Support the procurement team in resolving supply chain disruptions and quality issues.

Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of office experience.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Proficient in Excel.

Strong analytical skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in supply chain, procurement, and purchasing is a plus.

Work Environment

The role involves working within a dynamic procurement team, utilizing various software tools such as Excel and Outlook. The position requires collaboration with different departments to ensure smooth operations. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $24.04/hr.
