Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales ManagerResponsibilities

Assist VP Business Development in devising strategies to achieve annual and three-year business development targets.

Identify and pursue leads to acquire potential new customers.

Develop, negotiate, and close new business deals to build market position.

Generate new business opportunities from existing customers.

Maintain close follow-up from receipt of RFQ, submission of quotes, to award of business.

Visit customer locations to strengthen existing business relationships.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in CNC processes.

Experience in sales, marketing, customer support, or business development within a manufacturing facility.

Strong skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of CNC processes is desirable.

Contacts within Agricultural, Construction, and Material Handling OEMs are advantageous.

Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring occasional onsite visits, especially during the initial training period. The role does not require residency in the QC area, but comfort with travel is necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $48.00/hr.
