Sales Assistant - Position Summary

The Sales Assistant provides administrative support to the Corporate team and the Director of Sales and Marketing. This role is responsible for handling general inquiries and leads, updating sales systems, distributing reports, and maintaining overall office organization.

es and Responsibilities

Handle client requests, inquiries, and correspondence on behalf of the department.

Input and update client information in Delphi, including bookings, Banquet Event Orders, resumes, and details.

Draft proposals, contracts, addendums, and invoices.

Process advance deposits, contracts, credit card authorizations, payments, and receipts.

Distribute daily and weekly reports.

Create custom menus and signage in Canva.
