Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Commerce City, CO

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $21 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position supports day-to-day operations across various warehouse functions including Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and Receiving. The ideal candidate is punctual, a self-starter, and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Health & Safety

Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Immediately report any incidents, injuries, or hazards

Actively participate in safety programs and training

Support a safe and environmentally responsible workplace

Quality Control

Adhere to standard operating procedures and work instructions

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products

Identify and isolate non-conforming materials

Report discrepancies and quality issues in a timely manner

Warehouse Operations

Receive, sort, label, and store goods efficiently

Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship orders

Maintain organization of inventory and optimize storage

Meet cycle time and productivity standards

Team Collaboration

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Participate in continuous improvement efforts

Assist in general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

Prior warehouse experience required (work orders, kitting, receiving, storing parts)

Forklift experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Willingness to work a consistent 1st shift schedule
