Responsibilities

The Unit Administrative Assistant's primary responsibility is clerical support for the nursing staff with the goal to optimize professional care service provided to our patients.

*Perform administrative support activities required for documenting and coordinating care from patient admission through discharge to include record management.

*Keep the nursing unit stocked and tidy.

*Greet and welcome patients and others.

Qualifications

*High School graduate or equivalent with college/business school coursework or previous experience is required.

*Basic knowledge of medical terminology is required.

*Must have computer skills for email, data management and online health records.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Posted Salary Range

USD $21.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
