Staff Accountant

Description General staff accountants must possess attention to detail and sold communication abilities. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Strong technology skill are critical, particularly expertise with Microsoft Excel.

-Reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing and adjusting entries.

-Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts.

-Maintaining the general ledger chart of accounts.

-Assisting with initial internal control evaluations.

-Posting monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals.

Software experience: Quickbooks, Excel (advanced), Yardi, Sage, NetSuite, Oracle or other comparable accounting software. Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel
