Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Manager of Video Services Finance leads the finance team dedicated to supporting the Video Services Leadership Team by providing strategic decision support and comprehensive financial analysis across the entire Video Services business unit. Reporting directly to Finance leadership, this role is pivotal in influencing financial and operational decisions, driving profitable growth, and ensuring fiscal accountability within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of Financial Analysts, guiding their efforts in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis across all Video Services operations
Oversee the development of comprehensive financial models and forecasts, utilizing detailed bottoms-up approaches to accurately project revenues, expenses, and profitability
Manage evaluation processes for customer-facing initiatives, assessing financial risks and profitability implications, while providing actionable insights and recommendations
Serve as a primary liaison with cross-functional departments including product management, operations, marketing, customer experience, and business development, ensuring financial insights effectively inform business decisions
Develop and present executive-level financial reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight opportunities, and identify areas requiring attention
Facilitate monthly and quarterly financial reviews with senior leadership, providing clear interpretation of financial results and actionable strategic recommendations.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer profitability
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with corporate finance standards
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting consumer or subscriber-focused business models, with a strong understanding of customer behavior analytics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of distilling complex financial analyses into clear, concise insights suitable for senior executives
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through analytical thinking, rigorous data analysis, and strategic planning
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with proven success in developing high-performing teams and fostering collaborative interdepartmental relationships
Highly organized and results-driven, demonstrating proactivity, flexibility, and a strong sense of urgency in financial management and decision-making

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
